Whilst researching some information about spirituality in 2002, I came across the following channeled message from a dis-incarnate entity called Seth. Whilst I now no longer believe in Seth's basic premise that Source created the realms of phenomena (of which the Physical Universe is but just one example), "to find expression for Its being" I have elected to maintain Seth's dissertation on this website for the purpose of discussion.
Instead of Seth's interpretation as to the nature of reality as set out below, I have come accept the premise put forward in 'A Course in Miracles' (ACIM) and 'The Disappearance of the Universe' that the realms of perception came into being when an aspect of the Oneness (namely the 'I that is We' called the 'Son of God' for want of a better name) mused upon a tiny 'mad' idea of separation as in; "I wonder what it would be like to play a game on my own." The idea is 'mad' because the true nature of reality is the 'Oneness' of an infinite Source and from that perspective the idea of playing a game on one's own is oxymoron. The human perception of being an individual separate from everything else is simply not 'real'. Through the auspices of my childhood Near Death Experience (NDE) and a whole raft of spiritual experiences I've experienced since that event I have come to realise that the game of separation we perceive within the realms of perception (of which the physical universe is but just one example) is not God's will because the notion of separation is a complete negation of the Oneness that underpins God's creation. As such the 'game of separation' has no real purpose and our sole (soul?) purpose from within this realm is to simply wake up to that Truth and voluntarily choose to return back to our true state of Being, namely Oneness with God. The notion that we need to somehow evolve ourselves to a high state of being in order to wake up is false - we were created perfect and just simply need to arrive at a state of being in which we voluntarily give up the false Ego idea that we are separate from God.

Seth: "If you prefer, you can call the supreme psychic gestalt God, but you should not attempt to objectify him. What you call God is the sum of all consciousness, and yet the whole is more than the sum of Its parts."
